Our end truck frames are jig fixture fit and line bored for true alignment. Machined components are precision
CNC machined guaranteeing accuracy of fit of original parts and future replacement part requirements.
Wheel gearing designed for long life and quiet service, with large face widths and large pitch diameter
pinion gears supported by self-aligning pillow block bearings eliminating overhung gearing problems.
Standard drive and dual drive arrangements, single and two speed, are U.S. manufactured components,
incorporating crane duty motors, precision oil bath lubricated gearing and mechanical braking for smooth
deceleration and final stopping within recommended OSHA requirements. True flexible couplings are provided
on gear reducer output shaft of single motor drive units, with heavy-duty sleeve couplings on driven
truck and both center drive truck pinion shafts.
